Support, the honest version

No call center. No outsourced tier-one reading off a script they got that morning. You open a ticket and you get me — the person who built AcidNodes and actually plays these games.

Here's the deal, plainly:

Yes, it's one guy

On purpose. It's why you get someone who knows the game instead of a queue, and it's why I sleep. Once in a while something real gets in the way — car trouble, a dead router, life. When it does, I'll get word out so you're not left guessing. I'm not going to pretend to be a 24/7 call center. Truth is nobody's really is — theirs is just a slower queue with a nicer promise printed on the pricing page.

Your server doesn't wait on me

This is the part that actually matters, and it's the part the "24/7 support" hosts bury: whether I'm awake has nothing to do with whether your server is up. It runs around the clock on its own. It restarts itself if it crashes. It backs up every night. None of that needs me at a keyboard — so the 3am raid doesn't care that I'm asleep. The box handles itself. I handle the questions when I'm on.

What "support" means here

Real questions, answered by someone who's been in the config files. How do I turn on PvP. Why won't my mod load. My friend can't connect. What's eating my RAM. You get a straight answer, not a link to a help article that doesn't quite fit your game. That's the whole point of renting from someone who plays what you play.

How to reach me

Open a ticket from your billing dashboard. That's the fastest way — it lands straight in front of me with your server already attached, so I'm not asking you which one and what plan before I can help.
